Pumpkin Protein Shake






What You'll Need


  • one scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • one medium banana
  • 6 ice cubes
  • one cup Silk unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • one teaspoon honey, agave nectar, or sweetener of choice

How to Make It


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetener, if desired.
