Italian Peas






What You'll Need


  • tow cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 ounces frozen green peas
  • one tablespoon chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tow tablespoons olive oil
  • one onion, chopped

How to Make It


  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in onion and garlic; cook about 5 minutes.
  3. Add frozen peas, and stir in stock.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover, and cook until the peas are tender, about 10 minutes.
