Zucchini stuffed with minced meat






What You'll Need


  • four courgettes
  • 300g minced beef
  • tow small onions
  • three tomatoes
  • three cloves chopped garlic
  • one egg
  • one tbsp tomato paste
  • one tbsp chopped parsley
  • one tsp turmeric
  • one tsp paprika
  • one tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

How to Make It


  1. Wash zucchini and cut in lengthwise, then scoop out gently with a knife or spoon, add salt a little background and set aside
