Zucchini stuffed with minced meat

What You'll Need
- four courgettes
- 300g minced beef
- tow small onions
- three tomatoes
- three cloves chopped garlic
- one egg
- one tbsp tomato paste
- one tbsp chopped parsley
- one tsp turmeric
- one tsp paprika
- one tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
How to Make It
- Wash zucchini and cut in lengthwise, then scoop out gently with a knife or spoon, add salt a little background and set aside
- Chop onions, zucchini flesh and place in a pan with olive oil, made back add chopped tomatoes, the garlic, parsley, turmeric, paprika, salt and pepper and simmer about 10 min
- Mix the ground meat with spices (cumin, paprika, salt, pepper) and add the rest of concentrate tomato simmer 10min yet
- Crush all with a potato masher, add the egg, mix well and leave to prepare 5min
- In a baking dish, put a little olive oil, tomato washers, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper then place over the zucchini topped with preparation
- Place in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 20 min
- (You can sprinkle with grated cheese, personally I prefer and I leave without browning baked good)
- I served this dish with potatoes and cheese.
