Ingredients
500 grams of butter (at room temperature)
2 packets of vanilla sugar
250g icing sugar
4 egg yolks (whites I do with the mcheweks)
2 packets of yeast
1 kg of flour

Work Stages
Whisk butter with sugar and vanilla until have a nice cream.
add the egg yolks and whisk once much
enter the yeast and flour (I do not put all the flour times, namely its quality)
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, and let stand 30 min
taking almost 30 gr balls, coat with sesame seeds and pack them in silicone molds with floured fingers to avoid any air ball
filling the molds
bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, you have to watch the cooking.
for a large amount of this shortbread must have at least 3 of these molds, each mold is 15 pieces shortbread
shortbread let cool, then carefully remove the silicone molds.
Repeat the operation with the rest of the dough until exhaustion
Fill the impression with some jam and let dry
