Recipe Gratin potatoes and eggs






What You'll Need


  • 1kg potatoes
  • Minced meat 250g
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Grated cheese 100g
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 glass milk tea
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, ginger, cinnamon powder

How to Make It


  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, season with salt and drain them in a colander.
  2. Fry the potato slices in a hot oil bath, drain them on paper towels.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive in a pan and fry the chopped onion oil for 2 minutes, add the minced meat and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, add the chopped parsley and season with spices.
  4. Beat the eggs in a bowl, milk and cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange a layer of potato slices fried flat bottom dish, place above the ground meat mixture and cover with another layer of fried potatoes, pour over the egg mixture.
  6. Bake the gratin in a preheated oven at 180 ° C until it is cooked.
