Recipe Gratin potatoes and eggs
What You'll Need
- 1kg potatoes
- Minced meat 250g
- 1 chopped onion
- Grated cheese 100g
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 glass milk tea
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, ginger, cinnamon powder
How to Make It
- Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, season with salt and drain them in a colander.
- Fry the potato slices in a hot oil bath, drain them on paper towels.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive in a pan and fry the chopped onion oil for 2 minutes, add the minced meat and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, add the chopped parsley and season with spices.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, milk and cheese, salt and pepper.
- Arrange a layer of potato slices fried flat bottom dish, place above the ground meat mixture and cover with another layer of fried potatoes, pour over the egg mixture.
- Bake the gratin in a preheated oven at 180 ° C until it is cooked.
- Serve warm.
