Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic
2 large tomatoes

1 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp curry

Preparation:
1 - Mince the onions and cut into julienne peppers, cook over low heat until the onions are translucent.
2 - Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste (you can add a bit of sugar to remove the acidity of the tomato), simmer for about 2-3 minutes then add the garlic, curry, salt and pepper
3 - Roll out the pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place the mixture tomato sauce, onions, peppers, then the flaked tuna and cheese shares
4 - Cover with the second roll of puff pastry, brush with egg yolk, made square on top brands, one drop in each olive (I also sprinkled with a little paprika) and bake 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
