Pasta Sauce






What You'll Need


  • foor cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion
  • one (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • tow tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • one (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced
  • one tablespoon olive oil
  • foor roma (plum) tomato
  • one green bell pepper, chopped
  • one tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make It


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and saute tomato, green peppers, cilantro, garlic and onion for 5 minutes or so to retain crispness.
  2. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Mix in olives, parmesan cheese.
