Honey Lime Shrimp
What You'll Need
- ½-1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
marinade
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- tow tablespoons honey
- juice of 2 limes
- tow teaspoons garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
optional
- cooked white rice
How to Make It
- Add shrimp and all marinade ingredients to a large ziplock bag.
- Press as much air out of the bag as possible.
- Chill 25 minutes, flipping the bag once or twice throughout. Cook shrimp over medium-high heat in a large pan.
- Stir though out, making sure to flip the shrimp as they turn pink.
- Cook 4-5 minutes total.
- Serve over rice if desired.
- Enjoy!
