Honey Lime Shrimp






What You'll Need


  • ½-1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • marinade

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • tow tablespoons honey
  • juice of 2 limes
  • tow teaspoons garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • optional

  • cooked white rice

How to Make It


  1. Add shrimp and all marinade ingredients to a large ziplock bag.
  2. Press as much air out of the bag as possible.
  3. Chill 25 minutes, flipping the bag once or twice throughout. Cook shrimp over medium-high heat in a large pan.
  4. Stir though out, making sure to flip the shrimp as they turn pink.
  5. Cook 4-5 minutes total.
  6. Serve over rice if desired.
  7. Enjoy!
