Grilled Corn Guacamole






What You'll Need


  • one whole Lime, Juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ½ cup Cilantro Leaves, chopped
  • three ears Corn
  • 6 whole Avocados, Diced
  • one Large Tomato, Diced
  • ¼ cup Onion, Diced
  • tow Garlic cloves, Finely Minced
  • one Tablespoon Diced Fresh Jalapeno

How to Make It


  1. Grill the corn until it is nice and golden with grill marks.
  2. Set them aside to cool.
  3. Cut avocados in half and dice the avocado in the skin and scoop out with a spoon.
  4. Combine avocados, tomato, onion, garlic cloves, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin.
  5. Mix gently.
  6. Add cilantro and mix.
  7. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
