Croquettes recipe potatoes and apple fish






What You'll Need


  • tow potatoes
  • one Fish
  • one small onion, chopped
  • tow tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Crumbs according to the mixing
  • one egg
  • Salt, pepper, cumin

How to Make It


  1. Wash well the potatoes and put them with their skin in salted water pot and cook until tender, peel them and mash them with a fork.
  2. Cook the fish in a pan of water, carefully remove the skin and bones recovering the flesh, mash it with a fork.
  3. Mix in a bowl the mashed potatoes, fish flesh, chopped onion, egg, chopped parsley, gradually add the breadcrumbs and mix well until a homogeneous mixture, season salt, pepper, cumin and mix well.
  4. Shape with the mixture of the sized balls nuts, flatten them gently with the palm da hand.
  5. Fry the croquettes in a bath of hot oil until they are golden brown, drain them on paper towels.
  6. Serve immediately.
