Croquettes recipe potatoes and apple fish
What You'll Need
- tow potatoes
- one Fish
- one small onion, chopped
- tow tablespoons chopped parsley
- Crumbs according to the mixing
- one egg
- Salt, pepper, cumin
How to Make It
- Wash well the potatoes and put them with their skin in salted water pot and cook until tender, peel them and mash them with a fork.
- Cook the fish in a pan of water, carefully remove the skin and bones recovering the flesh, mash it with a fork.
- Mix in a bowl the mashed potatoes, fish flesh, chopped onion, egg, chopped parsley, gradually add the breadcrumbs and mix well until a homogeneous mixture, season salt, pepper, cumin and mix well.
- Shape with the mixture of the sized balls nuts, flatten them gently with the palm da hand.
- Fry the croquettes in a bath of hot oil until they are golden brown, drain them on paper towels.
- Serve immediately.
