Ingredients
3 eggs
1 can of concentrated milk sugar (397gr)
1 part milk and ⅓
a bag of caramel otherwise prepare the caramel, like the egg custard
Work Stages
in a bowl beat the eggs, add the can of Nestlé, and with the empty box measuring one box and one third milk
with the aid of a whip or a "hand mixer" (diver blender) blend the mixture well
pour over a cake pan or ramekins with caramel
pour the mixture slowly,
Place in a water bath in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in it, very dry spring. (Depending on your oven control so it may be that your custard is cooked in 25 minutes)
at the end of cooking remove from oven and let cool well before putting a fridge.
unmold just before serving, and taste.
