Cake with pineapple flan






What You'll Need


  • one liter of milk
  • tow packets of vanilla custard (100g)
  • one box of biscuits
  • one box of pineapple in syrup
  • 1/2 vanilla pod (optional)
  • caramel

How to Make It


  1. Mix the custard sachets with milk, vanilla and bring to a boil
  2. Place the drained pineapple at the bottom of your mold
  3. Dip the cookies slightly in pineapple syrup and place on washers
  4. Once your slightly warm milk, pour it slowly into the mold and place for free at night
  5. For the caramel you have two options, either put first in the mold before placing the pineapple slices, or coat the flan with when serving (that's what I did)
