What You'll Need


  • tow (14-ounce) cans fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth $
  • one pound chicken breast tenders, cut into bite-sized pieces $
  • foor ounces uncooked angel hair pasta $
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • one tablespoon fresh lime juice $
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt $
  • tow green onions, thinly sliced
  • one red chile pepper, finely chopped
  • one tablespoon vegetable oil $
  • one tablespoon bottled minced garlic
  • one tablespoon bottled grated ginger
  • tow stalks fresh lemongrass, peeled
  • tow cups water

How to Make It


  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and lemongrass; sauté 3 minutes.
  3. Add water and broth; bring to a boil.
  4. Add chicken and pasta; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Discard lemongrass.
