Rolled Stuffed Turkey






What You'll Need


  • 100g bulgur
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1oeuf
  • 1 small onion
  • 30g butter
  •  
  • 1 tablespoon c d \ oil \ olive
  • 1/2 lemon juice

How to Make It


  1. Place the bulgur to cook in salted water for 15 minutes and let it cool
  2. Add the bulgur minced parsley, grated onion, egg and salt and pepper
  3. Arrange side by side turkey cutlets between two sheets of plastic wrap by means of a roll pin or a meat mallet to flatten
  4. In the center of the cutlets have bulgur preparation and firmly roll your salt and pepper rolled
  5. Wrap the roulade in greased aluminum foil and tie securely at regular intervals to properly maintain the roll
  6. Having your roll on a rack or a baking dish
  7. Cook for 50 minutes in the oven at 180c
  8. Remove the foil and brush the surface of the roll with melted butter and oil and cook for about 10 min.
  9. Cut the roll and serve warm with a creamy sauce mustard.
