Potato Croquettes Salmon
What You'll Need
- three potatoes
- 500g salmon fillet
- one egg
- three tablespoons grated cheese
- tow tablespoons chopped parsley
- bread crumbs
- salt, pepper, cumin
How to Make It
- Wash well the potatoes and put them with their skin in salted water pot and cook until tender, peel them and mash them with a fork.
- Cook the salmon in a pan of water, drain it and crush it with a fork
- Put in a bowl the potatoes, salmon, grated cheese, egg, parsley, spices, mix well.
- Shaping with this mixture into balls the size of walnuts, flatten them gently with the palm da hand and pass them in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the croquettes in a bath of hot oil until they are golden brown, drain them on paper towels.
- Serve immediately
