Potato Croquettes Salmon







What You'll Need


  • three potatoes
  • 500g salmon fillet
  • one egg
  • three tablespoons grated cheese
  • tow tablespoons chopped parsley
  • bread crumbs
  • salt, pepper, cumin



How to Make It


  1. Wash well the potatoes and put them with their skin in salted water pot and cook until tender, peel them and mash them with a fork.
  2. Cook the salmon in a pan of water, drain it and crush it with a fork
  3. Put in a bowl the potatoes, salmon, grated cheese, egg, parsley, spices, mix well.
  4. Shaping with this mixture into balls the size of walnuts, flatten them gently with the palm da hand and pass them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the croquettes in a bath of hot oil until they are golden brown, drain them on paper towels.
  6. Serve immediately
