Title: Tajine cauliflower
ingredients:
* Lamb meat 500g
* 1 small bunch of cauliflower
* 1 onion
* Olives
* Candied citron
* olive oil
* salt
* ginger
* pepper
* saffron
* turmeric
* Coriander, parsley
preparation:
* In a tagine over low heat put the onion cut into small pieces of meat from the spices.
* Stir until the meat is browned and cook on low heat.
* When the meat is cooked, open the tagine and arrange the vegetables. Salt and pepper again.
* Cover the tagine and cook 30 minutes
* At the end of cooking add the chopped parsley, olives and preserved lemon. Cover the tagine and simmer.
