Spinach Soup
ingredients:
- 500g spinach
- 4 carrots
- 3 turnips
- 4 potatoes
- 1 piece of butter
- 1 cube Knoor
- Sour cream 1 box
- Salt pepper
preparation
- Sort and clean the spinach, remove the stems, rinse them under cold water, drain them in a colander.
- Peel and cut potatoes, carrots and diced turnips.
- Put the vegetables in a casserole dish, moisten with water 1,5litres add butter, Knoor, salt, pepper and cook, covered, until the vegetables are cooked, add the spinach and cook another 10 minutes pass all the mixer-dipping, add cream, mix well, season to taste and serve immediately.
