Ingredients:
Sponge dough

Preparation
- Heat a water bath, put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and place in a bain marie and beat the mixture with an electric whisk until the volume of double cream, remove from heat and continue working until cooling, stir the flour gently with a wooden spoon until a perfectly homogeneous paste.
- Pour the dough on a pastry plate lined with parchment paper.
