Ingredients
brick sheets
Minced meat 500g
1 chopped onion
1 bunch parsley
some portions of cheese
garlic powder, powdered coriander
salt pepper
100 ml of water
edible oil
oil for frying
Work Stages
Sauté the chopped onion in a little oil until it gets translucent.
add ground meat, spices, salt, and using a wooden spoon turn the meat so that it is well separated.
add water if you feel that the meat is not cooked well and let cook until the total reduction.
Off heat, add the parsley and cool
cut the sheets in half bricks.
drop on each half of the sheet, the equivalent of a tablespoon of minced meat, and place over half a serving of cheese.
fold the sheets over the filling, for a triangle
bake in a hot oil bath on both sides, and place the baked bricks, on paper towels, then let drain well.
